FIAM Design Journey 2026: La forma dell’invisibile

A journey into the creative process that gave shape to the new FIAM collections presented during the Milano Design Week 2026.

With FIAM Design Journey 2026 – La forma dell’invisibile, FIAM presents a new publication dedicated not only to the products themselves, but also to the journey that accompanied their creation.

The project begins at Villa Miralfiore in Pesaro, a meeting place for FIAM and the designers involved in the new collections. Here, intuitions, sketches and initial reflections become the starting point of a narrative that follows the transition from idea to material, highlighting the dialogue between design vision, research into glass, technology and artisanal know-how.

The Design Journey explores the eight new collections presented in 2026: Ogiva by Francesca Lanzavecchia, Trivium by Meneghello Paolelli, Brenta by Simone Bonanni, Still by Controvento, Istante by Gupica, Asteroids by Arik Levy, Segesta Bar by Studio Klass and Onair by Ceriani Szostak. Drawings, concepts, material details and images reveal the identity of each project and the process that guided its development.

Glass remains the common thread throughout the story: a material capable of transforming, capturing light and creating new relationships with space. Alongside it, wood, marble, metal and textiles broaden the design vocabulary of the new collections, giving shape to tables, seating, mirrors, coffee tables and accessories in which material and research are in constant dialogue.

FIAM Design Journey 2026 is therefore more than a catalogue: it is the story of how an intuition becomes a project, a material and, ultimately, a space.
