Designer glass table

Ogiva is a designer table created for contemporary living and dining spaces, featuring metal bases and a barrel-shaped top available in fused glass, tempered glass or marble. The different materials and finishes enhance its sculptural character and allow it to adapt to a variety of interior design projects.

Features, materials and configurations

Table with metal bases, available laquered with metallic colours, or hand-finished with Ecomalta, or with premium metal finishes. Top made of 15 mm “barrel” shaped glass, fused and tempered, available transparent or back-painted with metallic colours. The top is available also in 15 mm tempered standard or extralight glass, or in 16 mm bronze or smoked glass, layered and bevelled. The top is available also in marble, 20 mm thick.

A family of tables caught between mass and transparency, between light and gravity.

Ogiva stems from a reflection on the dialogue between material and tension, between transparency and mass. Its name evokes an ancient architectural archetype, the ogival arch: a form capable of transforming gravity into momentum. I wanted to evoke the same energy in a system of tables that would be both structure and passage, presence and light.
