The pursuit of the Customers’ satisfaction is the fundamental commitment of FIAM ITALIA Srl, and must be achieved through the attainment of the following objectives:

  • Linking the FIAM brand to high quality standards and synonymous with compliance according to the national and international legislation;
  • Always striving for the protection and safeguard of public and environmental health and safety, adopting procedures and actions that comply with Ministerial Directives and/or Government Bodies at whatever level they belong;
  • Endeavouring to ensure, in the event of an epidemiological emergency or any state of emergency declared by the Governmental Authorities, the protection of its employees, collaborators, external visitors and the whole society through the adoption of Guidelines and Procedures in accordance with Ministerial Directives, both in terms of health and safety protection and regulation of work activities;
  • Identifying the Customer’s needs and expectations in order to achieve their full satisfaction through compliance with agreed and/or implied requirements, both in reference to products and related services (deliveries and after-sales service);
  • Identifying and meet the mandatory requirements related to the products/services offered;
  • Adopting a “Risk Based Thinking” approach;
  • Improving the Organization, the production standards and/or methodologies in order to raise efficiency levels of productions and lower internal costs, making the best use of resources allocated to business management and taking into consideration the environmental impact, including the conservation of energy and natural resources;
  • improving the sensitivity, cooperative spirit and attention of all personnel to the aspects of Quality, Environment and Safety;
  • Creating and maintain company environment that fully involves staff in the pursuit of their goals;
  • Creating a mutually beneficial relationship with suppliers in order to enhance, for both, the ability to create value;
  • Contributing to the material and professional elevation of the personnel;
  • Promoting the assurance of effective, efficient and ethical compliance with present (mandatory, contractual) and future requirements;
  • Identifying the impact, actual and potential, of its proper products, processes and activities in general on society and in particular on local communities;
  • Contributing with one’s organization to the defence of community interests;
  • Identifying the present and future needs of the organization and the markets it serves;
  • Comparing with the best brands and performers in the industry to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Periodically reviewing the quality management system to ensure its adequacy over time, effectiveness and compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001;
  • Maintaining a certified quality management system complying with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard.


With to the achievement of the above objectives Fiam Italia Srl aims to:

  1. Develop the Quality Management System according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, basing it on a “Risk Base Thinking” approach
  2. Measure the company performance in terms of product quality, design effectiveness and service level to objectively assess Customer satisfaction;
  3. Periodically verify the performance achieved through the Quality System Review, reviewing the objectives.
  4. Constantly seek continuous improvement of all business performance.
